The invention provides a ship power safeguard system which comprises a control circuit, the control circuit is connected with a stabilized voltage supply ECH and an emergency power supply EGB, the stabilized voltage supply ECH comprises a battery rack, a lithium battery placement layer is arranged in the battery rack, and a plurality of lithium battery placement areas are arranged in the lithium battery placement layer. L-shaped guide rails are fixed to the two sides of the lower portion of each lithium battery placement area, a battery box is movably installed between the two guide rails, a power supply interface is formed in the side wall of the front side of the battery box, a group of limiting assemblies is arranged on a horizontal supporting beam below each lithium battery placement area, and a connector assembly is installed on a vertical parting strip. The connector assembly is used in cooperation with the power supply interface, and a U-shaped cooling water pipe is arranged atthe top of the battery rack. According to the scheme, the structure is compact, and the using effect is good.
