The invention discloses a numerical simulation and wood mold combined anchor pulling test method. The anchor pulling test method comprises the following steps: S1, respectively establishing a numerical model of an anchor and a numerical model of an anchor mouth; S2, tightening the numerical model of the anchor in the numerical model of the anchor mouth, and judging the fitting condition of the fitting surface of the anchor and an anchor mouth line of the anchor mouth; S3, adjusting the line type of the anchor mouth line according to the fitting condition until the fitting of the fitting surface of the anchor and the anchor mouth line of the anchor mouth meets a preset requirement; and S4, manufacturing a wood mold of the anchor mouth, and tightening the anchor in the wood mold of the anchor mouth for an anchor pulling test. According to the method, through numerical simulation of the anchor and the anchor mouth, corresponding adjustment is conducted according to the attachment situation of numerical simulation till the preset requirement is met, and then the wood mold of the anchor mouth is manufactured for an anchor pulling test; therefore, the work of repairing, remanufacturing and anchor pulling test of the wood mold is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of the anchor pulling test of the wood mold is improved.
本发明公开了一种数值模拟与木模相结合的拉锚试验方法,所述拉锚试验方法包括以下步骤:S1:分别建立锚的数值模型和锚唇的数值模型;S2:将所述锚的数值模型收紧于所述锚唇的数值模型内,并判断所述锚的贴合面和所述锚唇的锚唇线的贴合情况;S3:根据所述贴合情况调整所述锚唇线的线型,直至所述锚的贴合面和所述锚唇的锚唇线的贴合符合预设要求;S4:制作所述锚唇的木模,并将所述锚收紧于所述锚唇的木模内进行拉锚试验。本发明通过锚和锚唇的数值模拟,并根据数值模拟的贴合情况进行相应的调整直至符合预设要求,再制作锚唇的木模进行拉锚试验;从而大大减少了木模返修、重新制作以及拉锚试验的工作,提高木模拉锚试验的效率。
