    本发明属于汽车装饰件及材料加工技术领域,公开了一种汽车门板卡扣及其制备方法。所述卡扣包括卡槽部和卡孔部,所述卡槽部和卡孔部以增韧聚甲醛通过一次注塑成型得到。具体制备方法为:将聚甲醛粒料与聚氨酯弹性体、无机纳米粉体和偶联剂加入到挤出机中熔融、挤出造粒,得到增韧聚甲醛粒料;将所得增韧聚甲醛粒料经一次注塑成型,得到汽车门板卡扣。本发明的汽车门板卡扣采用增韧聚甲醛通过一次注塑成型得到,整体结构一体成型无拼接,耐疲劳性以及尺寸稳定性好。且通过TPU、无机纳米粉体和偶联剂对聚甲醛材料进行改性,显著提升产品的韧性及强度,产品使用寿命长、使用效果好。
