The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle airborne photoelectric pod lifting system so as to solve the problems that an existingunmanned aerial vehicleairborne photoelectric platform vibration reduction lifting device depends on belt transmission to work, the phenomenon of belt slipping possibly occurs, consequently, the working performance is unstable, and the reliability of a pod in the lifting process cannot be guaranteed. The lifting system comprises a supporting frame, two lead screws, two polished shafts, four driven chain wheels, a driving chain wheel, a motor, an upper limiting switch, a lower limiting switch, a control unit and a photoelectric pod mounting plate. Two nuts and two guide rings are arranged on the photoelectric pod mounting plate, the two lead screws penetrate through the two nuts correspondingly, the two polished shafts penetrate through the two guide rings correspondingly, the upper ends of the two lead screws and the upper ends of the two polished shafts penetrate through an upper supporting plate, the ends of the two lead screws and the ends of the two polished shafts are sleeved with the driven chain wheels, and the lower ends of the two lead screws and the lower ends of the two polished shafts are rotationally connected with a lower supporting plate. The motor drives the driving chain wheel to drive the four driven chain wheels to rotate,and the upper limiting switch and the lower limiting switch are used for limiting the upper and lower limiting positions of the photoelectric pod mounting plate.

    本发明涉及一种无人机机载光电吊舱升降系统,以解决现有的无人机机载光电平台减振升降装置依靠带传动进行工作,可能出现皮带打滑的现象,导致工作性能不稳定,且无法保证吊舱在升降过程中的可靠性问题。该升降系统包括支撑架、两个丝杠、两个光轴、四个从动链轮、主动链轮、电机、上限位开关、下限位开关、控制单元以及光电吊舱安装板。光电吊舱安装板上设置有两个螺母和两个导向圈,两个丝杠分别穿过两个螺母,两个光轴分别穿过两个导向圈,两个丝杠和两个光轴上端分别穿过上支撑板,且端部均套装有从动链轮,其下端与下支撑板可旋转连接。电机驱动主动链轮带动四个从动链轮转动,上下限位开关用于对光电吊舱安装板的上下极限位置进行限定。
