The invention discloses an integrated naval vessel turboset, relates to a turboset, and aims at meeting the urgent requirements of overall naval vessels for increasing the cabin utilization rate, reducing the vibration noise level and achieving modular construction. The integrated naval vessel turboset comprises an integral frame, an upper half structure of an outer air cylinder, a bypass exhauststructure, an inner air cylinder, a rotor and a steam seal, wherein the rotor is horizontally arranged; the inner air cylinder is installed on the rotor in a sleeving manner, and arranged on the integral frame; the upper half structure of the outer air cylinder covers the upper part of the inner cylinder; and the bypass exhaust structure is arranged at the upper half part of the outer cylinder. The upper half structure of the outer air cylinder, the integral frame structure and the steam seal are connected into a closed whole. According to the invention, on the premise that the basic functionsand the operation reliability are ensured, the lower air cylinder of a turbine and a shared base are fused into a whole to serve as an integral frame structure, so that the structures of all devicesof the turboset are integrated in the integral frame structure, the space structure of the turboset is reduced, and the multifunctional integration of structural supporting, external equipment interface connection and the like is achieved.

    一种一体化集成式舰艇汽轮机组,涉及一种汽轮机组,本发明为了满足舰艇总体对提高舱室利用率、降低振动噪声水平以及实现模块化建造的迫切需求,本发明包括整体框架、外汽缸上半结构、旁路排放结构、内汽缸、转子和汽封,所述转子水平设置,内汽缸套装在转子上,内汽缸安装在整体框架上,外汽缸上半结构罩在内汽缸的上部,旁排结构布置在外汽缸上半。外汽缸上半结构、整体框架结构和汽封连接成封闭的整体。本发明保证其基本功能以及运行的可靠性的前提下,将汽轮机下汽缸、共用底座融合成为一体作为整体框架结构,实现了汽轮机组各设备的结构都集成在整体框架结构中,减小了机组的空间结构,起到了结构支撑和与外部设备接口连接等多功能融合。
