The invention relates to a production process of an aluminum alloy anti-collision cross beam with high strength and high plasticity, and belongs to the technical field of aluminum alloy materials. Theproduction process comprises the steps of aluminum ingot preparation, homogenizing treatment, extrusion and aging treatment. In the homogenizing treatment, the temperature is 530 +/-5 DEG C, and heatpreservation is conducted for 3-5 h; and the cooling process after the homogenizing treatment comprises water mist spraying, and the cooling rate is greater than or equal to 350 DEG C/h. According tothe production process, an aluminum ingot is subjected to homogenizing treatment at the temperature of 530 +/-5 DEG C and subjected to heat preservation for 3-5 h, and then water cooling quenching isadopted, so that the hydrogen content in a cast ingot is reduced, the quality of the cast ingot is improved, and then the anti-collision performance of the anti-collision cross beam is improved.

    本发明涉及一种具有高强度高塑性的铝合金防撞横梁生产工艺,属于铝合金材料技术领域,包括以下步骤:铝锭制备、均质处理、挤压和时效处理;均质处理:温度为530±5℃,保温3~5h;均质处理后的冷却过程为水雾喷射,且降温速率≥350℃/h。本发明通过对铝锭进行温度为530±5℃、保温3~5h的均质处理,然后采用水冷淬火,降低了铸锭内部的氢含量,提高了铸锭的质量,进而提高了防撞横梁的防撞性能。
