The invention discloses a container hooking prevention monitoring method based on a machine vision technology. A camera arranged on a lifting appliance and a control center used for processing data are included, the camera is electrically connected with the control center, and the camera shoots picture data of a container and sends the picture data to the control center for processing to obtain position parameters of the container; the camera monitors the displacement of top containers of front and rear columns of stockpiling containers of the lifting appliance in real time in the container hooking process, the machine vision technology is adopted, the position change of the containers is recognized through the camera, the control center builds a space coordinate model through a fuzzy algorithm, and the real-time position change of the top containers of front and rear adjacent columns of the lifting appliance and the lifting appliance can be judged. Through continuous shooting of the camera, real-time pictures are compared with predicated pictures, compared with the traditional roughness and danger of human eye observation, the machine vision technology can realize alarm stop at any time and timely correction, and effectively prevents the accident that a steel wire rope hooks the container corners of the adjacent columns in the container hoisting process.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉技术的防钩箱监控方法,包括设于吊具上的摄像头和用于处理数据的控制中心,所述摄像头与所述控制中心电连接,所述摄像头通过拍摄集装箱的图片数据发送给控制中心处理得到集装箱位置参数,所述摄像头在钩箱过程中实时监控吊具前后两列堆存箱顶部集装箱位移,采用机器视觉技术,通过摄像头识别集装箱位置变化,控制中心通过模糊算法建立空间坐标模型,能够判断吊具前后相邻列顶部集装箱与吊具实时位置变化,并通过摄像头连续拍摄,将实时图片与预测图片进行对比,相比较传统的人眼观测的粗糙和危险性,机器视觉技术能够实现随时报警停止及时修正,有效防止吊箱过程中钢丝绳钩相邻列集装箱箱角的事故发生。
