The invention provides a head sheave and skip monitoring device of a mine hoist. The monitoring device comprises a mine, a skip, a head sheave and a sensor module, the lower part of the mine is arranged underground, the upper part of the mine is arranged above the ground, the head sheave is arranged on the upper side of the mine, a support frame is arranged on the lower side of the head sheave, the skip is arranged in the mine, and a bearing cover is arranged on the front side of the head sheave; and the sensor module is installed on the bearing cover and comprises a temperature sensor, an axial acceleration sensor, a first radial acceleration sensor and a second acceleration sensor, and an anti-falling mechanism is arranged at the bottom in the skip and comprises a plurality of sets of air pressure extendable rods, a supporting bottom plate, a pressing plate and a weight sensor. Compared with the prior art, the device has the following beneficial effects that the operation of the headsheave can be remotely monitored in real time, the stable operation of the head sheave is ensured, and the problem of falling danger caused by skip loading overflow is avoided.

    本发明提供一种矿井提升机的天轮及箕斗监测装置,包括矿井、箕斗、天轮以及传感器模块,矿井下部分设置在地面以下,矿井上部分设置在地面以上,矿井上侧设置有天轮,天轮下侧设置有支撑架,矿井内部设置有箕斗,天轮前侧设置有轴承盖,轴承盖上安装有传感器模块,传感器模块包括温度传感器、轴向加速度传感器、第一径加速度传感器以及第二加速度传感器,箕斗内底部设置有防落料机构,防落料机构包括多组气压伸缩杆、支撑底板、压板以及重量传感器,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:可远程实时监测天轮的运行,保证天轮运行的稳定,避免了箕斗装载满溢导致落料危险的问题。
