The invention discloses a double-heat-dissipation petrol-electric hybrid power system for an unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a power device, a power generation device, a control device, a fuel subsystem and a cooling subsystem, and the power device comprises an engine; the power generation device comprises a motor; the fuel subsystem comprises a fuel tank and a carburetor; the cooling subsystem comprises a water tank, a cylinder head and a fan; the engine and the motor are connected through a motor shaft and an engine shaft, and the control device is connected with the motor and an engine steering engine. The fan is installed on the outer wall of the motor shell and connected with the motor shaft. The water tank comprises an oil tank and a heat dissipation liquid layer, and the heat dissipation liquid layer is connected with the cylinder head; and according to the system, the endurance time of the unmanned aerial vehicle is prolonged, double heat dissipation of air cooling andliquid cooling is adopted, and a better heat dissipation effect is achieved. The invention further discloses the unmanned aerial vehicle, the risk resistance and redundancy safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle are improved, and when one or more double-heat-dissipation petrol-electric hybrid power systems are damaged, other normal operation is not affected, and normal return voyage can still be achieved.
