The invention provides an automobile C-shaped beam manufactured based on a high polymer material and a manufacturing method thereof, the automobile C-shaped beam comprises a beam body, two shock absorber brackets and two air spring mounting bases, the beam body comprises an upper beam, a lower beam and a middle layer, and an axle fastening part is arranged on the C-shaped beam; and the C-shaped beam is integrally formed by adopting a pouring and mould pressing method. The automobile C-shaped beam manufactured on the basis of the high polymer materials is integrally formed by the high polymer materials, compared with a metal structure C-shaped beam, the C-shaped beam manufactured by the high polymer materials is simple in process, low in price and light in weight, most importantly, throughdetection, the mass of the C-shaped beam is reduced by two thirds, and the weight of the C-shaped beam is reduced by two thirds.
