The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging guiding method and system based on a cloud platform, and the method comprises the steps of obtaining the information of an electric vehicle by a cloud server when receiving an electric vehicle charging request sent by a user, and the information of the electric vehicle comprises the position information; acquiring corresponding road network information, corresponding multiple pieces of charging station information and charging pile information corresponding to each charging station according to the position information; according to the electric vehicle information, the road network information, the charging station information and the charging pile information, determining a distance optimal function, a time optimal function and a charging station equipment utilization equilibrium rate optimal function from the electric vehicle to each charging station; based on a genetic algorithm, determining an optimal charging scheme according to the distance optimal function, the time optimal function and a charging station equipment utilization equalization rate optimal function; and sending the determined optimal charging scheme to the user, so that the user charges the electric vehicle according to the guidance of the optimal charging scheme. According to the method, the economy of a construction system and the convenience and intelligence of user use are considered.

    一种基于云平台的电动汽车充电引导方法及系统,包括:云服务器接收到用户发送电动汽车充电请求时,获取电动汽车信息,所述电动汽车信息包括位置信息;根据所述位置信息获取对应的路网信息、对应的多个充电站信息及各充电站对应的充电桩信息;根据所述电动汽车信息、路网信息、充电站信息及充电桩信息确定电动汽车到各充电站距离最优函数、时间最优函数及充电站设备利用均衡率最优函数;基于遗传算法,根据距离最优函数、时间最优函数及充电站设备利用均衡率最优函数确定最优充电方案;将确定的最优充电方案发送给用户,以使用户根据最优充电方案的引导对电动汽车进行充电。该方法考虑了建设系统的经济性,以及用户使用的便捷性、智能性。
