The invention relates to a novel eight-degree-of-freedom diving robot which comprises a thruster external anti-collision beam, an upper-lower waterproof cabin partition plate, a thruster rotating aluminum alloy frame, a component waterproof cabin, a waterproof cabin waterproof sealing ring, an upper-lower waterproof cabin partition plate support, a thruster vector rotating motor and thrusters. Thethruster external anti-collision beam and the upper-lower waterproof cabin partition plate are respectively connected with the thruster rotating aluminum alloy frame, the upper-lower waterproof cabinpartition plate support, the thruster vector rotating motor and the thrusters; and the component waterproof cabin is respectively connected with the waterproof cabin waterproof sealing ring, the upper-lower waterproof cabin partition plate support and the thruster vector rotating motor. According to the novel eight-degree-of-freedom diving robot provided by the invention, the rotating directionsof propellers of the thrusters are controlled by the independent thruster vector rotating motor, a wireless communication module is arranged in the thruster vector rotating motor, the wireless communication module can be controlled by a central controller of the component waterproof cabin, and the central controller also reversely monitors the rotating speed, so that the accident problem is avoided.

    本发明为一种八自由度的新型潜水机器人,包括推进器外部防撞梁与上下防水舱分隔板、推进器旋转铝合金框架、元器件防水舱、防水舱防水密封圈、上下防水舱分隔板支架、推进器矢量旋转电机以及推进器;推进器外部防撞梁与上下防水舱分隔板分别与推进器旋转铝合金框架、上下防水舱分隔板支架、推进器矢量旋转电机以及推进器连接,元器件防水舱分别与防水舱防水密封圈、上下防水舱分隔板支架以及推进器矢量旋转电机连接。本发明推进器螺旋桨的转动方向采用独立推进器矢量旋转电机控制,其推进器矢量旋转电机内置无线通信模块,该无线通信模块可通过元器件防水舱的中央控制器进行控制,中央控制器也反向监督其转速,避免出现意外问题。
