The invention relates to the technical field of dock gate pipelines, in particular to an inverted T-shaped dock gate control pipeline real-time monitoring system which comprises a biological activitymonitoring unit, a marine environment monitoring unit, a pipeline internal monitoring unit, an information processing unit and an emergency control unit. Biological activities around a control pipeline are monitored through the biological activity monitoring unit, meteorological information and ocean current change information are obtained through meteorological forecast, and meanwhile the possible submarine activity situation is monitored. A distributed monitoring assembly is arranged in the control pipeline through the pipeline internal monitoring unit to monitor the internal condition of the pipeline; corresponding standard values are set for the standard operation state of the control pipeline, various detection information is received and compared with the standard values for analysis, whether an abnormal state exists or not is judged, if the abnormal state is found, an alarm prompt is given, and the automatic emergency control module is informed to start emergency operation to separate the ballast water tanks on the two sides.
