The invention discloses a socket and spigot type reinforced concrete pipe joint structure and a construction method. The socket and spigot type reinforced concrete pipe joint structure comprises a reinforced concrete pipe and a pipeline spigot, a pipeline socket is formed in the end part of the reinforced concrete pipe, the pipeline spigot is inserted into the pipeline socket, a brickwork joint adhesive layer is arranged at the joint of the pipeline spigot and the inner side of the reinforced concrete pipe, a rubber sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the pipeline spigot and the outer side of the reinforced concrete pipe, and the joint of the upper side face of the pipe spigot and the lower side face of the reinforced concrete pipe is filled with high-strength micro-expansion cement paste. A steel plate sealing device is arranged at the joint of the reinforced concrete pipe and a pipeline spigot connector, and a positioning fixing device is installed on the other side of a pipeline connector and fixedly connected with the steel plate sealing device in an opposite-pull mode. The high-strength micro-expansion cement paste is pressed into the socket and spigot type reinforced concrete pipe joint, so that the inner cavity of the whole pipe joint is filled with the high-strength micro-expansion cement paste, and cracks caused by shrinkage of the cement paste are avoided. A steel plate fixing device and the positioning fixing device are adopted for assisting grouting, and the condition that the connector does not slip or slightly deform in the grouting process is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种承插式钢筋混凝土管接头结构及施工方法,包括钢筋混凝土管和管道插口,钢筋混凝土管端部设有管道承口,管道插口插入管道承口内,管道插口与钢筋混凝土管内侧连接处设有砖缝粘结胶层,外侧连接处设有橡胶密封圈,管道插口上侧面和钢筋混凝土管下侧面连接处填充有高强微膨胀水泥浆。钢筋混凝土管和管道插口接口连接处设有钢板密封装置,管道接口另一侧安装定位固定装置,定位固定装置和钢板密封装置对拉固定连接。本发明通过在承插式钢筋混凝土管接头处压入高强微膨胀水泥浆,使高强微膨胀水泥浆充满整个管道接头内腔,避免水泥浆收缩而产生裂缝。采用钢板固定装置和定位固定装置辅助注浆,确保压浆过程中接口不出现滑移和微变形。
