The return voyage method comprises the following steps: estimating wind speed information of landing from a current position to a target position according to acquired historical wind speed information; determining ground speed information of landing from the current position to the target position; determining return voyage power consumption according to the wind speed information and the groundspeed information; and determining whether to execute a return voyage operation according to the return voyage power consumption and the current remaining power. The invention also provides a return voyage power consumption determination method and device. The wind speed information during return voyage is estimated through the historical wind speed and is used for estimating the return voyage power consumption, so that the estimated return voyage power consumption is more accurate.
