The invention discloses an automobile gear shifting flexible shaft with high heat insulation performance, and particularly relates to the technical field of flexible shafts. The first heat insulation sleeve and the second heat insulation sleeve are installed at the outer end of the hose, and an exhaust fan is used for exhausting air in the first heat insulation sleeve and the second heat insulation sleeve to isolate heat transfer, so that the heat insulation effect can be improved, the hose at the outer end of the steel wire flexible shaft bodycan be prevented from being baked to deform, and normal gear shifting of a vehicle is guaranteed.
