The invention discloses a deep sea floating type fan foundation arranged in a gridding manner. The deep sea floating type fan foundation comprises a plurality of floating foundation modules connectedtogether, each floating foundation module comprises a plurality of vertically-arranged structural columns, and the multiple structural columns are connected through rigid first connecting rods to forma first annular or square floating ring; and a vertically-arranged fan supporting column is arranged in the first floating ring, the distances between the fan supporting column and all the structuralcolumns in the first floating ring are the same, and the fan supporting column is connected with all the structural columns in the first floating ring through horizontally-arranged cross beams. Compared with the prior art, the deep sea floating type fan foundation arranged in the gridding manner has the following advantages that the steel consumption of the single fan foundation is reduced; the fan arrangement capacity can be flexibly expanded as required; gridding arrangement reduces the height of the gravity center of the foundation and improves the stability of the foundation; and a counterweight and inherent frequency adjusting device can be flexibly configured according to requirements, and the structural safety is improved.
