The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, and discloses an electric hoist for a wood processing factory. The electric hoist comprises a shell, the upper portion of the shellis fixedly connected with a walking mechanism, and one side of the shell is fixedly connected with a servo motor. Through the arrangement of an oil cavity, an oil suction ring and a synchronizing mechanism, when the servo motor rotates forwards to release a rope, the oil suction ring can absorb residual lubricating oil on the surface of the steel wire rope surrounding the middle of the oil suctionring, lubricating oil attached to the surface of the released steel wire rope can be reduced or even removed, and impurities such as dust and chippings attached to the steel wire rope in the releasing process can be reduced or even avoided; and when the servo motor rotates reversely to wind the rope, the oil suction ring can still adsorb scraps and lubricating oil on the surface of the steel wirerope during rope winding, the adsorbed lubricating oil returns into the oil cavity after being filtered by a filter screen in a buffer cavity and can be repeatedly used, scraps attached to the surface of the steel wire rope can be prevented from influencing winding of the steel wire rope, and the steel wire rope is prevented from being severely worn.

    本发明涉及起吊设备技术领域,且公开了一种木材加工厂用电动葫芦,包括壳体,所述壳体的上部固定连接有行走机构,壳体的一侧固定连接有伺服电机。通过油腔、吸油环、同步机构的设置,使得在伺服电机正转放绳时,吸油环能够对环绕在吸油环中间的钢丝绳表面残留的润滑油进行吸收,能够减少甚至清除下放的钢丝绳表面附着润滑油,能够减少甚至避免钢丝绳在下放过程中沾附灰尘、碎屑等杂质;而在伺服电机反转收绳时,吸油环依旧能对收绳时的钢丝绳表面碎屑和润滑油进行吸附,吸附后的润滑油经过缓冲腔中过滤网过滤之后,回到油腔中,能够重复利用,而且能够防止钢丝绳表面附着碎屑影响钢丝绳的收卷,避免钢丝绳磨损严重。
