The invention relates to a continuous automatic variable-torque propeller which comprises blades, a variable-torque spiral sliding groove, a sleeve, a return spring, an adjusting bolt, a shaft type sliding block and a power output shaft, each blade can deform along with the variable-torque spiral sliding groove under the centrifugal force load, and torque conversion of the blades is achieved. Thepower output shaft is fixedly connected with the shaft type sliding block, and when the power output shaft rotates, the shaft type sliding block is driven to rotate synchronously. The shaft type sliding block comprises a small-diameter section and a large-diameter section, and an adjusting bolt is connected to the small-diameter section, axially limits the sleeve and is used for adjusting the initial pitch angle of the paddle; and a boss is arranged on the large-diameter section in the radial direction. According to the continuous automatic variable-torque propeller, the automatic continuous change of the pitch angle of the blade is realized by utilizing the centrifugal force difference of high and low altitude rotating speeds, an actuating mechanism and energy supply are not needed, the composition of a propeller pitch changing mechanism is greatly simplified, the reliability is improved, and the system weight is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种连续自动变矩螺旋桨,包括桨叶、变矩螺旋滑槽、套筒、回复弹簧、调节螺栓、轴式滑块和动力输出轴,每片桨叶在离心力载荷下能够跟随变矩螺旋滑槽变形,实现桨叶的变矩;动力输出轴与轴式滑块固定连接,动力输出轴转动时,带动轴式滑块同步转动;轴式滑块包括小径段和大径段,在小径段上连接有调节螺栓,对套筒进行轴向限位,用于调节桨叶的初始桨矩角;大径段上径向方向上设置有凸台。本发明利用了高低空转速的离心力差实现了桨叶桨矩角的自动连续变化,无需作动机构和能源供给,大大简化螺旋桨变桨矩机构组成,提高了可靠性,降低了系统重量。
