The invention provides an expansion type discharge plug for a ship. The expansion type discharge plug for the ship comprises a displacement block, a plug seat and a plug bolt penetrating through the plug seat, the plug seat is welded and fixed to the low position of an oil blocking fence on a ship deck, the displacement block is connected with an expansion shaft on the plug bolt through a bolt anda nut, and after the displacement block is rotated by 90 degrees through a wrench, the distance between the limiting block and a base plate is reduced; the sealing block clamped between the two sealing blocks is tightly attached to an inner hole of the plug seat after being subjected to axial pressure to generate extension deformation, and therefore the sealing effect is achieved. When the displacement block is rotated by 90 degrees in the reverse direction, the distance between the limiting block and the base plate is increased, the rubber sealing block extends and deforms and disappears, and an oil-water mixture in the oil blocking fence flows out along a gap between the sealing block and the plug seat. The limiting block on the expansion shaft is pressed through the position changing block, the distance between the limiting block and the base plate is reduced, the sealing block is tightly attached to an inner hole of the plug seat after extending deformation is generated in the axial direction, and sealing is achieved. The plug is suitable for sealing the ship deck oil blocking fence discharge port.

    本发明提出的是一种船用膨胀式放泄塞。船用膨胀式放泄塞包括变位块、塞座和贯穿在塞座上的塞栓,塞座焊接固定于船舶甲板上挡油围栏的低位处,变位块通过螺栓、螺母与塞栓上的膨胀轴相连接,使用扳手将变位块转动90°后,限位块和垫板间距减小,夹持在其间的密封块在受到轴向压力产生延展变形后与塞座内孔紧密贴合,从而实现密封作用;90°反方向转动变位块,限位块和垫板间距变大,橡胶密封块延展变形消失,挡油围栏内的油水混合物沿密封块与塞座之间的间隙流出。本发明采用变位块压紧膨胀轴上的限位块,限位块和垫板间距减小,密封块在轴向产生延展变形后与塞座内孔紧密贴合,实现密封。适宜作为船舶甲板挡油围栏放泄口密封使用。
