The invention discloses a two-gear dry-type double-clutch automatic transmission for a pure electric vehicle. The two-gear dry-type double-clutch automatic transmission comprises a dry-type double-clutch assembly mechanism, a hydraulic power gear selecting and shifting mechanism acting on double clutches, a parallel two-shaft gear transmission mechanism, a differential mechanism and a transmissionshell mechanism. The double-clutch assembly mechanism is connected with two input shafts in a shaft system. The hydraulic power gear selecting and shifting mechanism is arranged on a differential mechanism shell. The parallel two-shaft gear transmission mechanism is combined with the double-clutch assembly mechanism, and therefore switching between a high gear and a low gear of the transmission is achieved. According to the technical scheme, a motor pump directly provides power for a hydraulic power system, a proportional valve adjusts output oil pressure, power gear shifting during vehicle running can be achieved through switching between the two-gear clutches, and the gear shifting impact degree is reduced; and meanwhile, the dry-type double clutches are matched with a motor pump system, the vehicle manufacturing cost can be optimized, and the efficiency and driving comfort of the transmission are improved.
本发明公开一种纯电动汽车用两挡干式双离合自动变速器,它包括干式双离合器总成机构、作用于双离合器的液压动力选换挡机构、平行式两轴齿轮传动机构、差速器及变速器壳体机构。所述双离合器总成结构分别与轴系中两根输入轴相连,所述液压动力选换挡机构设置在差速器壳体上。所述平行式两轴传动机构与所述双离合器总成机构结合,从而实现变速器高低两挡之间的切换。本发明的技术方案中,液压动力系统由电机泵直接提供动力,比例阀调节输出油压,利用两挡离合器之间的切换,可以实现汽车行驶时的动力换挡,减小换挡冲击度,同时干式双离合器搭配电机泵系统也可以优化车辆制造成本,提升变速器效率与驾驶舒适感。
