The invention discloses a wear-resistant polyurethane tire for a forklift. The tire comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of chlorine-containing polyether polyol, 8-15parts of toluene diisocynate, 2-5 parts of antimonous oxide, 1-3 parts of a chain extender, 1-3 parts of a foaming agent, 1-3 parts of a coupling agent and 1-3 parts of a cross-linking agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the tire. According to the invention, the chlorine-containing polyether polyol reacts with isocyanate, and halogen flame-retardant element chlorine atoms are combined to a polyurethane molecular chain, so that a chlorine free group is separated out from the polyurethane tire in a friction heating state, the chlorine free group can capture flammable active hydroxyl, meanwhile, the chlorine free group is combined with a hydrogen free group to generate hydrogen chloride, the hydrogen chloride reacts with antimonous oxide to generate antimony trichloride, formation of combustible substances can be prevented, and the synergistic effect of the halogen flame retardant and the antimony flame retardant enables the heat resistance of the tire to be improved during friction, so that the wear resistance is greatly improved, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种叉车用耐磨聚氨酯轮胎,包括如下重量份的原料:含氯聚醚多元醇40‑70份、甲苯二异氰酸酯8‑15份、三氧化二锑2‑5份、扩链剂1‑3份、发泡剂1‑3份、偶联剂1‑3份、交联剂1‑3份;本发明还公开了该轮胎的制备方法。本发明中通过含氯聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯发生反应,将卤素阻燃元素氯原子结合到聚氨酯分子链上,使得聚氨酯轮胎在摩擦受热状态下析出氯游离基,氯游离基可以捕捉可燃性活泼羟基,同时氯游离基结合氢游离基生成氯化氢,氯化氢与三氧化二锑反应生成三氯化锑,能阻止可燃性物质的形成,卤素阻燃剂和锑系阻燃剂的协同效应使得摩擦时候轮胎的耐热性能提高,从而大大提高耐磨性能,增加轮胎的使用寿命。
