The invention relates to a forklift anti-collision method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether an obstacle is within a preset angle range inan advancing direction of a forklift or not is judged by detecting the obstacle, if it is detected that the obstacle is within the preset angle range in the advancing direction of the forklift, the distance between the obstacle and the forklift is measured, and if the measured distance is smaller than an alarm distance, an alarm signal is sent out. The situation that the obstacle does not appearwithin the preset angle range in the advancing direction of the forklift, that is, the obstacle and the forklift do not collide, but an alarm is still given is avoided, and the working efficiency of the forklift can be improved by adopting the method.
