The invention provides a multi-directional taking and placing fork type robot which is composed of walking wheels, a lever jacking device, a rotary supporting device, a goods fork, a supporting framebody, a positioning device and a driving device. The walking wheels are installed at the bottom of the supporting frame body of an automatic guiding transportation vehicle, and the lower portion is connected with a walking roller way in a supported manner. The rotary supporting device is arranged on the the frame body. The requirement for four-direction goods taking is met through 360-degree rotation. The telescopic goods fork is installed on a slewing bearing. The automatic guiding transportation vehicle runs to a designated place after receiving a goods taking signal. The slewing bearing rotates to a designated goods position, after jacking is conducted in place, the goods fork stretches out to take goods, the goods fork retracts, the automatic guiding transportation vehicle returns to the original point position, and the goods fork is jacked to stretch out, so that feeding is completed. After the automatic guiding transportation vehicle arrives at the designated place, a goods taking opening of the goods fork is rotated to a correct position according to the actual position of the goods, and the goods are taken and delivered.

    本发明提供了一种多向取放叉式机器人,由行走轮、杠杆顶升装置、回转支撑装置、货叉、支撑架体、定位装置和驱动装置组成;其中,自动导引运输车的支撑架体底部安装行走轮,下面承接行走辊道,架体上面布置有回转支撑装置,360°旋转满足四向取货的要求,回转支承的上面安装有伸缩货叉,自动导引运输车接收取货信号后运行到指定地点,回转支撑旋转到指定货位,顶升到位后货叉伸出取货,货叉收回,自动导引运输车回到原点位置,顶升货叉伸出送料完成。在自动导引运输车到达指定地点后,会根据货物的实际位置,将货叉取货口旋转到正确位置,取送货物。
