The invention discloses a lifting tool for ex-service upper reactor internals of a nuclear power plant. The lifting tool comprises a central bracket, wherein a hydraulic pipeline is arranged in the central bracket and is connected with a hydraulic pump; three lifting arms, wherein the three lifting arms are arranged around the central bracket at intervals of 120 degrees, one end of each lifting arm is rotatably connected to the central bracket, and a grabbing hook is arranged at the other end, far away from the central bracket, of each lifting arm; three hydraulic telescopic cylinders, whereinthe three hydraulic telescopic cylinders are arranged around the central bracket at intervals of 120 degrees, one end of each hydraulic telescopic cylinder is rotatably connected to the central bracket, and the other end, far away from the central bracket, of each hydraulic telescopic cylinder is connected to the corresponding lifting arm, the hydraulic telescopic cylinders are driven by the hydraulic pump to stretch and retract to drive the lifting arms to grab and release; and three balance rods, wherein the three balance rods are respectively arranged between every two adjacent lifting arms and can slide up and down along sliding chutes formed in the lifting arms. Compared with the prior art, the lifting tool for the ex-service upper reactor internals of the nuclear power plant has theadvantages that the lifting action can be controlled by remotely controlling the hydraulic pump, the operation is simple, and radiation risks and conventional industrial risks can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种核电厂退役上部堆内构件吊装工具,其包括:中心支架,中心支架内设有液压管线,液压管线连接液压泵;三个吊臂,围绕中心支架间隔120°排列,吊臂的一端可转动连接于中心支架上,远离中心支架的另一端设有抓钩;三个液压伸缩缸,围绕中心支架间隔120°排列,液压伸缩缸的一端可转动连接于中心支架上,液压伸缩缸远离中心支架的另一端连接于对应的吊臂上,在液压泵的驱动下液压伸缩缸伸缩带动吊臂的抓取和放松;以及三个平衡杆,分别设置于相邻的两个吊臂之间并可沿吊臂开设的滑槽上下滑动。相对于现有技术,本发明核电厂退役上部堆内构件吊装工具通过远程操控液压泵即可控制吊装动作,操作简单,可避免辐射风险和常规工业风险。
