The invention belongs to the technical field of nuclear power station maintenance equipment, and particularly relates to an automatic unhooking device and method for submersible pump hoisting. According to the automatic unhooking device and method for submersible pump hoisting, a hoisting hole is designed in the top of a lifting lug and used for being connected with a crane lifting hook, pin holesare designed in the bottom of the lifting lug, and the lifting lug is hinged to two uniformly-distributed connecting plates through pins; pin holes are designed in the two ends of each connecting plate and used for being hinged to the lifting lug and a grappling hook respectively; each grappling hook is of a J-shaped structure, two pin holes are designed in the middle section part of each grappling hook, one pin hole is used for being connected with the corresponding connecting plate through a pin, the other pin hole is connected with the other grappling hook, and a scissor shape is formed; and the bottoms of the two symmetrically-distributed grappling hooks are in an arc shape, the two grappling hooks are matched and can be connected with the lifting lug installed on a submersible pump,and therefore the hoisting purpose is achieved, and a balance weight is connected with the tops of the grappling hooks. By means of the automatic unhooking device and method for submersible pump hoisting, the lifting hook can be automatically disengaged, stable installation of the submersible pump is guaranteed, the situation that a diver dives into a submersible pool for unhooking manually is avoided, and therefore the safety of personnel, equipment and a unit is guaranteed.
本发明属于核电站检修设备技术领域,具体涉及一种潜水泵吊装自动脱钩装置及方法。本发明中,吊耳顶部设计有吊装孔,用于与吊车吊钩相连,吊耳底部设计有销子孔,利用销钉与均匀分布的两个连接板进行铰连接;每一块连接板两端设计有销子孔,分别用于与吊耳和抓钩铰连接;抓钩结构为J字状,其中中段部分设计有两个销子孔,一个用于与连接板通过销钉相连,另一个与另一抓钩连接,形成剪刀型;对称分布的两个抓钩底部为圆弧形,两者配合可与潜水泵上安装的吊耳相连,从而达到起吊目的,配重与抓钩的顶部相连。通过本发明能够自动脱开吊钩,保障潜水泵稳固安装,避免了需潜水员手动潜入潜水池进行脱钩,从而保障人员、设备和机组安全。
