The invention discloses an anti-rotation lifting hook assembly not prone to falling off. The anti-rotation lifting hook assembly comprises a lifting frame, wherein the upper end of the lifting frame is slightly wider than the lower end of the lifting frame, and the lifting frame is of a T-shaped structure; the bottom end of the lifting frame is welded to an installation frame; a lifting hook assembly body is arranged in the installation frame and comprises a main lifting hook, a lifting hook handle rod, a bearing and a bearing cross beam; the lifting hook handle rod and the main lifting hook are integrally formed and designed, and the top end of the lifting hook handle rod penetrates through the installation frame and is fixedly connected with the bearing cross beam; two installation footstands are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two sides of the bottom end of the lifting frame; and auxiliary lifting hooks are arranged at the bottom ends of the installation foot stands. According to the anti-rotation lifting hook assembly, the T-shaped lifting frame is arranged, so that the distance between suspension cable steel wire ropes is increased, and accordingly torque is reduced; meanwhile, a plurality of auxiliary lifting hooks are arranged to be matched with the main lifting hook to lift a heavy object at the same time, a plurality of stress points are added, the stress points are connected into a line, and accordingly torque is reduced; and the plurality of lifting hooks work at the same time, so that goods are kept more balanced.

    本发明公开了一种防旋转且不易脱落吊钩组件,包括吊架,所述吊架上端略宽于低端且呈T型结构,所述吊架底端与安装架焊接,所述安装架内部设置有吊钩组件,所述吊钩组件包括主吊钩,吊钩柄杆、承重轴承和承重横梁,所述吊钩柄杆与主吊钩一体化成型设计,且吊钩柄杆顶端贯穿安装架与承重横梁固定连接;所述吊架底端两侧对称固定连接有两个安装脚架,所述安装脚架底端设置有副吊钩。本发明通过设置T型吊架,使得悬索钢丝绳之间距离增加从而减少扭矩的产生,同时设置多个副吊钩配合主吊钩同时对重物吊起,增加多个受力点,使得受力点连成线,从而减少扭矩的产生,并且多个吊钩同时工作使货物保持更加平衡。
