An all-terrain unmanned aerial vehicle portable take-off and landing platform is characterized in that the right end of an assembly and take-off and landing platform is hinged to a rotary fixing claw,the rotary fixing claw can be erected on the edge of a vehicle window of a vehicle door, the left end of the assembly and take-off and landing platform is connected with the upper end of an adjustable supporting rod through a folding device, the adjustable supporting rod is of a two-section structure, and the middle of the two-section structure is adjusted and locked through a fixer. A gradienteris arranged on the assembly and take-off and landing platform, and a universal supporting base is arranged at the lower end of the adjustable supporting rod and abuts against the fixed base or the vehicle door. The platform is supported by utilizing the supportable and hanging capacity of vehicle doors, doors and windows, so that the platform can be used for assembly and stable take-off and landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
