The invention discloses a handheld ship deck rapid deicing device and method, belongs to the technical field of ship deicing, and can solve the problems of low deicing efficiency and high energy consumption caused by heating of deicing agents or resistors. The device comprises a coil, a first shell is arranged on the periphery and the top side of the coil to shield magnetic flux of the coil on theperiphery and the top side, and the coil is connected with a power supply; a heat dissipation piece is arranged beside the coil and the power supply; the coil is fixedly connected to the first shell,the first shell is further connected with a grip, the grip is provided with an operating part used for controlling a power source, and the operating part is in communication connection with the powersource. According to the method, a plurality of handheld ship deck rapid deicing devices are used, different positions of a ship deck are heated at the same time, and after the integrity of an ice layer of the ship deck is damaged, an auxiliary method is used in a stacked mode to remove the ice layer.
