The invention relates to a production method of a super-hydrophobic ice coating for ship deck deicing. The super-hydrophobic ice coating is coated on a ship deck, and when a liquid is solidified intoice on the surface of the super-hydrophobic ice coating, the coating can reduce ice and snow accumulation by reducing an adhesive force of the ice, and ice covering the surface is easy to remove; andespecially in the field of ship deck deicing, when marine equipment operates on a deck, if the deck is frozen, the equipment cannot be normally used, and great influences are caused to production andlives of crews, and therefore, prevention of ship deck freezing and deck deicing are the main research direction of deck deicing. In the invention, a problem of adhesion on the surface of the ship deck is solved, and excellent self-cleaning, self-repairing and super-hydrophobic ice performance is possessed.

    本发明涉及一种用于船舶甲板除冰的超疏冰涂层制备方法,通过在船舶甲板上涂装有超疏冰涂层,当液体在该超疏冰涂层表面固化成冰时,涂层可以通过降低冰的附着力来减少冰雪积聚并使表面覆冰易于除去;特别在船舶甲板除冰领域,当船用设备在甲板上作业时,甲板结冰往往会导致设备无法正常使用也给船员的生产和生活造成巨大影响,因此预防船舶甲板结冰以及甲板除冰是甲板除冰的主要研究方向;本发明不仅解决了船用甲板表面存在的粘附性问题,而且具有优异的自清洁、自修复、超疏冰性能。
