When the control module detects that a plug of a charger is inserted into a charging interface to prepare forcharging a battery, the control module controls the switch module to be on, or the control module is in a charging closing instruction waiting for the communication module, and a user sends the charging closing instruction to the communication module through communication equipment such as a mobile phone and the like, so that the control module controls the switch module to be on after receivingthe charging closing instruction, and the charger normally charges the battery.
