The invention discloses a steel rail section insulation transformation method which comprises the following steps: S1, recovering damaged plastic ceramic section insulation, and taking out ceramic beads in the plastic ceramic section insulation; S2, recovering nylon section insulation with a complete surface, and punching the nylon section insulation according to different bearing points of the plastic ceramic section insulation on the bearing force of the steel rail; and S3, filling the ceramic beads recovered in the step 1 in the punched holes of the nylon section insulator, and fixing the ceramic beads and the whole body to obtain the modified nylon ceramic bead section insulator. According to the steel rail section insulation transformation method, the influence of the environment temperature on the insulation of the transformed steel rail section is small, the influence of impact force and compression force of locomotives and vehicles can be borne for a long time, red light bandscaused by rail insulation damage are reduced, and the failure rate of a rail circuit is greatly reduced; the use performance and the use period of steel rail section insulation are improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨断面绝缘改造方法,包括如下步骤:S1,回收破损的塑料陶瓷断面绝缘,取出塑料陶瓷断面绝缘里的陶瓷珠;S2,回收表面完整的尼龙断面绝缘,依据塑料陶瓷断面绝缘在钢轨所承受力的不同承受点对尼龙断面绝缘进行打孔;S3,取步骤1中回收来的陶瓷珠填补在尼龙断面绝缘已打好的孔内,对陶瓷珠和整体进行固定,得到改造后的尼龙陶瓷珠断面绝缘。本发明钢轨断面绝缘改造方法,改造后的钢轨断面绝缘受环境温度影响较小,能够较长时间承受机车、车辆的冲击力和压缩力的影响,减少因轨道绝缘破损造成的“红光带”,大大降低轨道电路的故障率,提高钢轨断面绝缘的使用性能和钢轨断面绝缘的使用周期。
