The invention discloses an electric automobile rear wheel brake device which structurally comprises a differential mechanism, a single-arm fork rod, a fixing frame, a rear wheel, a lower arm fork rod,a spring and a transmission transverse shaft and has the advantages that the fixing frame is installed on an automobile chassis, under a suspension structure formed by connecting the differential mechanism, the single-arm fork rod, the lower arm fork rod, a rear suspension rod, the spring and the transmission transverse shaft, the rear wheel has an independent damping effect, under the action ofa structure formed by connecting the rear wheel, off-axis braking of the rear wheel can be achieved, that is, the rear wheel is disengaged from transmission of the transmission transverse shaft in thebraking process, so that the efficient and rapid braking effect on the rear wheel is achieved, no large friction heat is generated in the braking process, and the heat dissipation efficiency after braking is facilitated.
