The invention provides an SOC control method and system for a super capacitor of a fuel cell vehicle. The method comprises the steps: S1, calculating the required electric quantity of a super capacitor when a fuel cell vehicle is in cold start; S2, judging whether the SOC value of the normally started super capacitor is lower than the required electric quantity or not, if so, reporting a start prohibition prompt by the vehicle control unit, and otherwise, normally starting the fuel cell vehicle; S3, if the SOC value of the current super capacitor is lower than a set first SOC threshold value,controlling the fuel cell system to charge the super capacitor until the SOC value is not lower than the set first SOC threshold value, and sending a ready instruction by the vehicle control unit; S4,after the fuel cell vehicle enters a whole vehicle operation working condition, determining the charging and discharging state of the super capacitor, and ensuring that the super capacitor is in a set SOC interval; and S5, charging the super capacitor after entering the idling state from the whole vehicle operation condition, and issuing a shutdown command by the whole vehicle controller when a set second SOC threshold value is reached.

    本发明提供一种燃料电池汽车超级电容SOC控制方法及系统,所述方法包括:S1、当燃料电池汽车冷启动时,计算超级电容的需求电量;S2、判断正常开机后的超级电容的SOC值是否低于需求电量,若是,整车控制器上报禁止启动提示,否则,正常启动燃料电池汽车;S3、若当前超级电容的SOC值低于设定的第一SOC阈值,控制燃料电池系统向超级电容充电,直到不低于设定的第一SOC阈值,整车控制器发出就绪指令;S4、燃料电池汽车进入整车运行工况后,确定超级电容的充放电状态,保证处于设定的SOC区间;S5、当由整车运行工况进入怠速状态后,向超级电容充电,当达到设定的第二SOC阈值时,整车控制器下发关机命令。
