The invention relates to a method for weakening impact current in a failure mode of a motor controller, the method is based on the following circuit structure including a power battery, the motor controller, a motor, a battery heater and an electric defrosting heater are included, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power battery are connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the motor controller respectively, the three-phase alternating-current end of the motor controller is connected with the three-phase alternating-current end of the motor; thepositive electrode end of the battery heater is connected with the positive electrode of the power battery through a battery heater relay K2, and the positive electrode end of the electric defrostingheater is connected with the positive electrode of the power battery through an electric defrosting heater relay K1. The method comprises the following steps: 1, signal acquisition; 2, failure judgment; 3, judging the vehicle speed; and 4, weakening the impact current. According to the design, the impact current can be weakened in the failure mode of the motor controller, and the impact of the feedback current on the battery is further reduced by utilizing high-frequency on-off.
