The invention relates to a controller-free accelerator acceleration control device, and belongs to the technical field of special vehicles. The control device comprises an accelerator enabling switch,a remote accelerator sensor interface and an accelerator switch box, the accelerator enabling switch adopts a two-position self-locking key, and after the accelerator enabling switch is pressed down,a pedal accelerator is shielded from using a remote accelerator; the remote accelerator sensor interface adopts an eight-core gray female plug-in and is a pivot element of the accelerator device; theaccelerator switch box comprises an accelerator acceleration switch, an accelerator driver and an idling judgment relay; the accelerator enabling switch is connected with the pedal accelerator, and the accelerator switch box is connected with the accelerator enabling switch through a remote accelerator sensor interface. The method has the beneficial effects that complex remote accelerator controlwithout a controller is realized; the system complexity can be reduced, and the cost is saved; the modularization degree, the integration degree and the reliability are high, and the installation, the use and the maintenance are convenient.

    本发明涉及一种无控制器的油门加速控制装置,属于专用车技术领域。包括油门使能开关、远程油门传感器接口和油门开关盒;所述的油门使能开关采用为两位自锁按键,按下后屏蔽脚踏油门使用远程油门;所述的远程油门传感器接口采用八芯灰色母插件,为油门装置的枢纽性元件;所述的油门开关盒包含油门加速开关、油门驱动器和怠速判定继电器;油门使能开关连接脚踏油门,油门开关盒通过远程油门传感器接口连接油门使能开关。本发明的有益效果是:实现了不含控制器的复杂远程油门控制;可降低系统复杂性,节约成本;模块化程度、集成化程度高,可靠性高,方便安装、使用、维护。
