The invention discloses rapid cooling equipment for aero-engine machining. The rapid cooling equipment comprises a bottom plate, a fixing box is fixed to the top of the bottom plate, a sliding grooveis formed in the middle of the inner wall of the bottom of the fixing box, symmetrically-distributed sliding blocks are embedded in the sliding groove, and clamping plates are welded to the tops of the sliding blocks; and a bidirectional threaded rod is connected to the middles of the two sliding blocks in a threaded mode and connected with a servo motor, a sealing cover is fixed to the top of thefixing box, a mounting groove is formed in the center of the sealing cover, a cooling fan is mounted in the mounting groove, and a cooling shell is welded to the side wall of the fixing box. According to the rapid cooling equipment, when a product is placed in the fixing box, air circulation in the fixing box is accelerated through the cooling fan, so that air cooling is conducted on the product,the cooling shell is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing box, the temperature of the fixing box can be rapidly reduced through mutual cooperation of circulating cold water and a semiconductor refrigeration chip, and therefore, the product can be quickly cooled.

    本发明公开了一种航空发动机加工用快速冷却设备,包括底板,所述底板顶部固定有固定箱,且固定箱底部内壁中部开有滑动槽,所述滑动槽内部嵌装有对称分布的滑动块,且滑动块顶部焊接有夹持板,两个所述滑动块中部螺接有双向螺纹杆,且双向螺纹杆连接有伺服电机,所述固定箱顶部固定有密封盖,且密封盖中心位置处开有安装槽,所述安装槽内部安装有散热扇,且固定箱侧壁焊接有散热壳。本发明当产品放置在固定箱内部时,利用散热扇加快固定箱内的空气流通,从而对产品进行风冷降温,并且在固定箱外壁设有散热壳,利用循环的冷水和半导体制冷芯片的相互配合,可以将固定箱的温度快速降低,从而可以对产品进行快速降温。
