The present invention executes control of a sound field by controlling respective virtual sound source positions of ambient sound sources and a primary sound source, which are separated audio signalsacquired from an input sound source, in accordance with the change of the speed or the traveling direction of an automobile. This audio signal processing device has: a speed information acquisition unit that acquires speed information of a moving device; a steering information acquisition unit that acquires steering information of the moving device; and an audio control unit that controls output sounds from speakers arranged at a plurality of different positions in the moving device. The audio control unit executes control of the sound field by controlling the virtual sound source positions ofthe ambient sound sources and the primary sound source, which are separated audio signals acquired from the input sound source in accordance with the speed information acquired by the speed information acquisition unit and the steering information acquired by the steering information acquisition unit.
