The invention relates to a road information enhancement and driving early warning method based on night environment perception, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent vehicle safety auxiliary driving. The method constructs a night image classifier, a different night visibility image classifier, a night street lamp image enhancement model based on an McCann99 Retinex method, and an all-black road information enhancement model based on an SSR method, and image classification is carried out in real time and different algorithms are adopted according to different categories, so that anoptimal visual enhancement effect can be obtained. In the actual driving process, road video images in the vehicle advancing process are collected, whether the images are at night or not is judged inreal time according to a night image classification library trained offline, whether street lamps exist or not is judged in real time, an optimal image enhancement algorithm is selected in real time,and night visibility is visually enhanced. A night road front and side vehicle identification module based on deep learning is constructed to judge whether the front side of the vehicle has a collision risk or not, and safe driving early warning is performed.

    本发明的一种基于夜间环境感知的道路信息增强与驾驶预警方法,属于智能车辆安全辅助驾驶技术领域,该方法构建夜间图像分类器、不同夜间能见度图像分类器、基于McCann99 Retinex方法的夜间有路灯图像增强模型、基于SSR方法的全黑道路信息增强模型,实时进行图像分类并根据不同类别,采用不同算法,能够获得最佳视觉增强效果。在实际行车过程中,采集车辆行进过程中的道路视频图像,根据离线训练的夜间图像分类库,实时判断图像是否为夜间、判断是否有路灯,实时选择最佳图像增强算法,实现对夜间能见度进行视觉增强,构建基于深度学习的夜间道路前方、侧方车辆识别模块,判断本车前方侧方是否有碰撞风险并进行安全行驶预警。
