The invention discloses a slow traffic intersection passing method under a pre-signal traffic condition, and aims to solve the problems of safety and conflict of right turn of motor vehicles and leftturn of non-motor vehicles, in the aspect of lane design, the non-motor vehicles and motor vehicle pre-stop lines are initially provided with staggered displacement lanes. The main parking lines of the motor vehicles are arranged behind the main parking lines of the non-motor vehicles by a certain distance, the area between the two main parking lines is set as a lane-borrowing left-turning passinglane so that the non-motor vehicles can turn left towards the innermost lane, the space for the motor vehicles and the non-motor vehicles to turn left is enlarged, and conflicts generated when the non-motor vehicles turn left and the motor vehicles turn right are eliminated. In the aspect of phase design, by designing the phases and timing of the motor vehicles and the non-motor vehicles, conflicts between the non-motor vehicles and the motor vehicles when the non-motor vehicles pass through the intersection are avoided, and the driving safety of the non-motor vehicles is enhanced. The combination of the lane and the phase design ensures the safe passage of non-motor vehicles and improves the passage efficiency of the intersection at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种预信号交通条件下的慢行交通交叉口通行方法,针对于机动车右转与非机动车左转的安全性与冲突问题,在车道设计方面,非机动车与机动车预停车线初设有交错移位车道的设计,且机动车主停车线较非机动车主停车线置后一段距离,两条主停车线之间的区域设立为借道左转通行车道以便非机动车借对向最内侧车道左转,增大了机动车与非机动车左转的空间,消除了非机动车左转以及机动车右转时产生的冲突。在相位设计方面,通过对机动车与非机动车相位及配时的设计,避免非机动车与机动车通过交叉口时的冲突,增强了非机动车同行安全性。车道与相位设计的结合使非机动车的安全通行得到了保障,同时也提高了交叉口的通行效率。
