The invention relates to equipment for improving the loading efficiency of a trailing suction hopper dredger. The equipment is arranged in a cabin of the dredger, is used for preventing silt from flowing out of an overflow cylinder in the cabin, and comprises air injection devices and lifting devices, each air injection device comprises an air pump, an air delivery hose and at least one bubble curtain generating pipe, each air delivery hose is communicated with the corresponding air pump and the corresponding bubble curtain generating pipes, the air outlet ends of the bubble curtain generatingpipes face the overflow cylinder, and the lifting devices are connected with the bubble curtain generating pipes in a one-to-one correspondence mode and can drive the bubble curtain generating pipesto ascend and descend. The equipment for improving the loading efficiency of the trailing suction hopper dredger has the following beneficial effects that the air pumps can generate a large number ofbubbles near an overflow pipe through the bubble curtain generating pipes to form a bubble curtain, and when water containing silt flows towards the overflow pipe, the bubbles prevent the silt from continuously moving along with water flow, so that the silt is left in the cabin, the water flows away from the overflow pipe, the silt loss at the overflow cylinder is greatly reduced, and the loadingefficiency of the dredger is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于提高耙吸式挖泥船装舱效率的设备,安装于挖泥船的船舱内,用于避免泥沙从船舱中的溢流筒流出,包括:喷气装置以及升降装置,喷气装置包括气泵、输气软管以及至少一个气泡帘发生管,输气软管连通气泵与气泡帘发生管,气泡帘发生管的出气端朝向溢流筒布置,升降装置与气泡帘发生管一一对应连接,能够带动气泡帘发生管作升降运动。实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:气泵可以通过气泡帘发生管在溢流管附近产生大量气泡形成气泡帘,当含有泥沙的水朝向溢流管流动时,气泡阻碍泥沙随着水流继续运动,使得泥沙被留在船舱中,而水则从溢流管流走,极大减少了溢流筒处的泥沙损失,有效提高了挖泥船的装舱效率。
