The invention discloses a winch transmission unit capable of preventing a suspended steel truss platform from falling and being jammed. The winch transmission unit comprises a suspended steel truss and a plurality of winches, wherein the plurality of winches are evenly distributed on a construction platform at the upper end of a silo in the circumferential direction; the suspended steel truss is hoisted at the inner side of the silo through the winches and slides downwards; The winch transmission unit further comprises a driving motor, first chain wheels, a second chain wheel, a chain and bevel gears, wherein the plurality of winches are synchronously driven by one driving motor; an output shaft of the driving motor is longitudinally arranged; the first chain wheels are arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor; the first chain wheels are in transmission connection with the second chain wheel through the chain; the second chain wheel is coaxially provided with the bevel gears;a winch spindle is coaxially provided with the bevel gears; and the two bevel gears are in engaged transmission. The winch transmission unit has the beneficial effects that the 3 to 4 winches are synchronously driven by one driving motor, so that the suspended steel truss platform descends in a horizontal state, and the suspended steel truss platform can be prevented from being jammed by scrapingand touching the inner wall of the silo in the descending process.

    一种防止悬支式钢桁架平台降落卡阻的卷扬传动机组,包括悬支式钢桁架、卷扬,若干个卷扬沿圆周方向均布设置在筒仓上端的施工平台上,悬支式钢桁架通过卷扬吊装在筒仓内侧向下滑落;还包括驱动电机、第一链轮、第二链轮、链条、伞齿轮,若干个卷扬通过一部驱动电机同步驱动,驱动电机的输出轴纵向设置,驱动电机的输出轴上设置有若干个第一链轮,第一链轮通过链条与第二链轮传动连接,第二链轮同轴设置有伞齿轮,卷扬主轴同轴设置有伞齿轮,两个伞齿轮啮合传动。本发明的有益效果是:3‑4个卷扬通过一部驱动电机同步驱动,使悬支式钢桁架平台保持水平状态降落,可以防止悬支式钢桁架平台在下降的过程中因刮碰仓内壁而卡阻。
