The invention provides a method for hoisting a long shaft vertical sheet of an offshore oil rig. The method comprises the following steps that a, a main hook of a portal crane is suspended on an auxiliary lifting lug of the long shaft vertical sheet of the offshore oil rig, and two auxiliary hooks of the portal crane are suspended on a turnover lifting lug of the long shaft vertical sheet of the offshore oil rig; b, the main hook and the two auxiliary hooks synchronously lift the long shaft vertical sheet of the offshore oil rig , the two auxiliary hooks turn over the long shaft vertical sheetof the offshore oil rig, and the main hook assists in lifting the long shaft vertical sheet of the offshore oil rig for falling; C, after the falling position adjustment meets the precision requirement, a winch is fixedly connected with a long shaft to enable the winch to anchor the long shaft in the vertical direction; and d, the lower end of a long shaft base of the long shaft vertical sheet ofthe offshore oil rig is welded to a temporary clamping plate fixed to the horizontal plane, after temporary fixing is achieved, a lifting rope of the portal crane is removed, and the vertical sheet work is completed. According to the method for hoisting the long shaft vertical sheet of the offshore oil rig, the safety risk of turning over the vertical sheet in the hoisting process is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种用于海洋石油钻机长轴立片吊装的方法,包括以下步骤:a.将门式起重机的主钩悬挂在海洋石油钻机长轴立片的辅助抬升吊耳上,门式起重机的两个副钩悬挂在海洋石油钻机长轴立片的翻身吊耳上;b.将主钩和两个副钩同步提升海洋石油钻机长轴立片,两个副钩将海洋石油钻机长轴立片翻身,主钩辅助抬升海洋石油钻机长轴立片,进行落位;c.当落位调整满足精度要求后,将卷扬机与长轴固定连接,使卷扬机对长轴垂直方向进行锚固;d.将海洋石油钻机长轴立片的长轴底座下端焊接在固定在水平面上的临时卡板上,实现临时固定后,将门式起重机的吊绳解除,立片工作完成。本发明吊装过程中立片翻身的安全风险降低。
