The invention relates to the technical field of quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to a quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle with foldable soft wing auxiliary flight mechanisms. The quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body and four main rotors arranged on the two sides of the vehicle body, and further comprises two folding soft wing mechanisms. The two folding softwing mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the vehicle body correspondingly; and when the two folding soft wing mechanisms are unfolded, auxiliary wings are formed on the two sides of the vehicle body. Contraction cavities are formed in the two sides of the vehicle body; and the two folding soft wing mechanisms are contained in the contraction cavities in the two sides of the vehicle body correspondingly. The flight distance of the unmanned aerial vehicle is increased, the endurance time is prolonged, and the purpose of improving the application and operation capacity of the unmanned aerial vehicle is achieved.
