The invention provides a propeller shaft mounting method and a propeller shaft positioning tool and relates to the field of propeller shaft mounting. The installation method of the propeller shaft comprises steps that 1, the center pipe is connected into a positioning hole of the flange base, and the flange base is installed on one side of the through connection nut in a centering mode to form a positioning tool; 2, the other side of the adapter nut is screwed to the threaded end of the propeller shaft, and the positioning tool is connected with the propeller shaft in a centering mode; 3, a lifting device is used for lifting the propeller shaft to be in a horizontal state, and the positioning tool faces a tail pipe of the ship body; 4, the propeller shaft is translated towards the tail pipe, and the position of the propeller shaft hoisted by the hoisting device is adjusted till the central pipe is positioned on the central axis of the tail pipe after the central pipe enters the tail pipe and before the flange seat enters the tail pipe; and 5, the propeller shaft continues to be horizontally moved, when the center pipe stretches out of the tail pipe, the center pipe is hoisted, andit is guaranteed that the circumferential distance between the propeller shaft and the tail pipe is equal everywhere till the propeller shaft is installed in place.

    本发明提供了一种螺旋桨轴的安装方法及螺旋桨轴的定位工装,涉及螺旋桨轴安装领域。螺旋桨轴的安装方法包括:步骤一、将中心管连接在法兰座的定位孔中,法兰座对中安装于转接螺母的一侧组成定位工装;步骤二、将转接螺母的另一侧旋拧至螺旋桨轴的螺纹端,定位工装与螺旋桨轴的对中连接;步骤三、使用起重装置吊起螺旋桨轴处于水平状态,且定位工装朝向船体的尾管;步骤四、沿朝向尾管方向平移螺旋桨轴,在中心管进入尾管后且法兰座进入尾管前,调整起重装置吊起螺旋桨轴的位置,直至中心管处于尾管的中轴线上;步骤五、继续平移螺旋桨轴,当中心管伸出尾管时吊起中心管,确保螺旋桨轴与尾管之间的周向间距处处相等,直至螺旋桨轴安装到位。
