The embodiment of the invention discloses a charging protection method and device for an electric vehicle, the electric vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises steps of receiving a first control instruction signal sent by a battery management system, controlling a vehicle-mounted charger to stop working, enabling the vehicle-mounted charger to enter a redundancy protection mode, feedingback a state signal of the vehicle-mounted charger to the battery management system, receiving on-off states of a main positive relay and a main negative relay reported by the battery management system, and controlling the vehicle-mounted charger to enter the redundancy protection mode. When the on-off state meets a first preset condition, an internal relay of the vehicle-mounted charger being controlled to be disconnected so that the vehicle-mounted charger stops charging the power battery; or, an internal switch of the vehicle-mounted charger being controlled to be switched off so that thecharging pile stops charging the power battery. According to the method, a problem of overcharge of the power battery of the electric vehicle caused by communication failure of the main positive relayand the main negative relay due to faults of the main positive relay and the main negative relay and electromagnetic interference is solved, and charging safety and reliability of the power battery are improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种电动汽车的充电保护方法、装置、电动汽车及存储介质。该方法包括:接收电池管理系统发送的第一控制指令信号,控制车载充电机停止工作,使车载充电机进入冗余保护模式,并向电池管理系统反馈车载充电机的状态信号,接收电池管理系统上报的主正继电器和主负继电器的开关状态,当开关状态满足第一预设条件时,控制车载充电机的内部继电器断开,以使车载充电机停止向动力电池充电;或者,控制车载充电机的内部开关断开,使充电桩停止向动力电池充电。上述方案解决了主正继电器、主负继电器故障以及电磁干扰导致主正继电器和主负继电器通信失效而引起电动汽车动力电池过充的问题,提高了动力电池充电的安全性和可靠性。
