The invention provides a torque control method in the hydrogen energy automobile mode switching process. The torque control method comprises the following steps: a VCU obtains a driving signal in theautomobile running process; the VCU controller judges the driving intention of the driver according to the driving signal of the vehicle, determines the running mode of the vehicle according to the driving intention of the driver and switches the running mode; and the VCU controller sets a torque loading and unloading control slope for each operation mode of the vehicle and performs filtering processing on the torque. According to the torque control method provided by the invention, smooth control over the torque during mode switching can be realized, so that vibration and jumping of the vehicle caused by sudden rise or sudden drop of the torque of the motor are avoided.
本发明提供一种氢能汽车模式切换过程中的扭矩控制方法,包括以下步骤:VCU控制器获取车辆运行过程中的行驶信号;VCU控制器根据车辆的行驶信号判断驾驶员的驾驶意图,然后根据驾驶员的驾驶意图确定车辆的运行模式并进行运行模式的切换;VCU控制器对车辆的每种运行模式设定扭矩加减载控制斜率,并对扭矩进行滤波处理。本发明提供的扭矩控制方法能对模式切换间的扭矩实现平滑控制,避免电机扭矩突升或突降,造成车辆“震荡”及“蹿车”。
