The invention provides a small vehicle-mounted wind-solar hybrid power generation hydrogen production device. The device comprises a vehicle body, a photovoltaic power generation assembly and a wind power generation mechanism, the photovoltaic power generation assembly and the wind power generation mechanism are arranged on the vehicle body, the vehicle body is cuboid, a storage groove is formed in the top of the vehicle body, and a low-pressure hydrogen storage assembly and an electric control assembly are arranged in the vehicle body; the photovoltaic power generation assembly is located atthe top of the vehicle body; the wind power generation mechanism is located in the storage groove; the wind power generation mechanism comprises a wind power generation assembly, a hydraulic driving assembly and a manual driving assembly, and the hydraulic driving assembly and the manual driving assembly are in driving connection with the wind power generation mechanism; the wind power generationassembly comprises a power generation rod, a wind power generator, fan blades and a base, and the base is arranged on the bottom surface of the storage groove; one end of the power generation rod is connected with the base through a second rotating shaft, and the wind power generator is arranged at the other end; the fan blades are arranged at the output end of the wind power generator; the problems of endurance and charging of electric motor homes and other logistics vehicles are solved, and no pollution is caused to the environment.
