The invention provides a TCMS-based auxiliary system starting time optimization control method. An alternating-current medium-voltage bus is divided into four sections to operate, and different auxiliary converter starting control methods are implemented through TCMS programming according to different permutation and combination of Q35 states, so that the starting time of an auxiliary converter ofa whole vehicle is shortened, and the starting time of a medium-voltage load of the whole vehicle is further shortened; according to the method, it is assumed that the starting time of one auxiliaryconverter is 5s, the whole train auxiliary converter can be started within 10s under the working condition, and compared with a traditional one-by-one sequential starting mode, the starting time is shortened by 50%; under a fault working condition, the number of auxiliary power supply systems in different alternating current bus sections is determined according to the states of the three Q35, andwhen only one auxiliary system is contained in the section, the auxiliary power supply system can be directly started; when the interval section only contains more than two auxiliary systems, the starting control logic can be optimized, and the auxiliary starting time under the fault working condition is ensured not to be higher than the auxiliary starting time under the normal mode.

    本发明提供一种基于TCMS的辅助系统启动时间优化控制方法,通过将交流中压母线分4段运行,通过TCMS编程,根据Q35状态的不同排列组合,实施不同的辅助变流器启动控制方法,缩短了整车辅助变流器启动时间,进而缩短了整车中压负载启动时间;本发明假设1台辅助变流器启动时间为5s,此工况下将需要10s时间即可启动全列车辅助变流器,与传统的逐个顺序启动方式相比,启动时间缩短50%;在故障工况下,根据3个Q35的状态决定不同交流母线区间内辅助供电系统的个数:当该区间段内仅含1个辅助系统时可直接启动;当该区间段内仅含2个以上辅助系统时可进行优化启动控制逻辑,保证故障工况下辅助启动时间不高于正常模式下辅助启动时间。
