The invention relates to an efficient heat pump air conditioning system. The system comprises an air conditioning loop, a passenger compartment heating loop, an electric drive cooling loop, a batterycooling loop and a valve system, wherein the passenger compartment heating loop is in thermal communication with the air conditioning loop through a water-cooled condenser; the electric drive coolingloop is in thermal communication with the air conditioner loop through the waste heat recoverer; the battery cooling loop is in thermal communication with the air-conditioning loop through the heat exchanger; the air conditioner loop is controlled to be thermally coupled to one or more of other loops through the valve system, so that the system is selectively switched among a heat pump waste heatrecovery mode, a mode of reusing a waste heat recoverer as a condenser and a motor cooling mode, and the waste heat recoverer can be used for recovering waste heat in winter; waste heat generated by the motor is recycled in a low-temperature environment to supply heat to a passenger compartment, the efficiency of a heat pump system is improved, and the use temperature range is expanded. Under theworking condition of high load in summer or quick charging of a battery, the waste heat recoverer can be used as a condenser to assist in cooling the air conditioner, improve the performance of the air conditioner, reduce the power consumption of a compressor and realize quick cooling.
本发明是一种高效热泵空调系统,包括空调回路、乘员舱采暖回路、电驱冷却回路和电池冷却回路及阀门系统。乘员舱采暖回路与空调回路通过水冷冷凝器热连通;电驱冷却回路与空调回路通过余热回收器热连通;电池冷却回路与空调回路通过换热器热连通;通过阀门系统控制空调回路被热耦合到其它回路中的一个或多个,使得系统在热泵余热回收模式、复用余热回收器作冷凝器模式、电机冷却模式三种模式之间选择切换,在冬季可以通过余热回收器,在低温环境下回收电机产生的余热给乘员舱供暖,提高热泵系统效率,扩大使用温度范围。在夏季高负荷或电池快充工况下,可利用余热回收器作为冷凝器,辅助给空调散热,提升空调性能,降低压缩机功耗,实现快速降温。
